Convergint is seeking a full-time Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team in a culture that values growth and exceptional customer service. You will service and support customers, respond to service calls, and manage small projects from planning through execution.

You will need a solid foundation in building automation or electronic security, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude. Travel locally and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and support existing customers.
• Carry out planning, estimating, and project tracking for small projects.
• Create or review shop drawings and wiring diagrams as needed.
• Provide system integration, upgrades, audits, and database support.
