Job summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to join our team in Texas. You will install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer peace of mind.

Responsibilities include installing panels, sensors, and cameras; offering tailored security solutions through consultative sales; testing systems; educating customers; and maintaining accurate installation documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with residential alarm systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot security systems.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including panels, sensors and cameras.
• Provide sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure proper function.
• Test installed systems and make adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Educate customers on the use and functionality of their systems.
