Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper operation and performance while educating customers on usage and features.

You will install panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment, engage in sales consultations, and maintain thorough documentation throughout the job. This role requires physical work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with securing homes and alarm systems is preferred.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot and maintain security alarm components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure proper system function.
• Test installed systems and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Educate customers on operation and features of their security system.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
