Safe Haven Security is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper functioning and optimal performance, providing customers with peace of mind and protection.

Responsibilities include hands-on installation, customer consultations, diagnosing issues, testing systems, and documenting installations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in field service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain security systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras.
• Engage in sales consultations to assess customer needs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for security systems.
• Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments.
• Educate customers on use and maintenance of security systems.
• Complete installation reports and inventory records.
