Job summary

Safe Haven Security is hiring an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper functioning and provide customers with peace of mind.

You will engage in sales consultations, educate customers on system use, and complete documentation while staying updated on new technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security systems.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems: panels, sensors, cameras, and related gear.
• Test installed systems and adjust as needed for optimal performance.
• Educate customers on proper use and operation of systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
