Job summary
Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper functioning and performance, providing customers with peace of mind and protection.
You will engage with customers, perform installations, troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on system use, while maintaining thorough documentation and staying current with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential alarm and automation systems.
- Excellent communication to interact with customers professionally.
- Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
- Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure proper function.
- Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Educate customers on proper use and functionality of their systems.
- Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records accurately.
- Stay updated on security technologies and industry standards in a fast-paced environment.
