Job summary

NAVCO, a leading security integrator, seeks a Service Specialist to execute service work within budget while acting as the frontline client contact. You will coordinate with the national dispatch center and internal teams to resolve open service calls and ensure high-quality service.

The role involves installing, cabling, and programming security systems, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute service work orders within budget and time constraints.
• Serve as primary client contact during service activities.
• Coordinate with national dispatch and internal teams to manage calls.
• Utilize inventory systems to track equipment and materials.
• Stage equipment and support warehouse inquiries as needed.
• Install, cabling, and program security systems.
