Job summary

IES Communications seeks a Crew Lead - Security Systems to act as on-site coordinator and supervisor for installation and maintenance of Card Access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems. You will ensure project completion per engineered drawings, safety standards, and budget guidance while supervising a team of Technicians and coordinating with the Project Manager.

The role requires at least five years in security systems installation and six months of supervisory experience, with strong blueprint

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in security systems installation.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to use the listed tools (MS Project, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents (specs, reporting, quality requirements).
• Knowledge of universal color codes in communications.
• Proficient with the listed tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Technicians - Security Systems and provide training.
• Attend safety meetings and enforce safety/quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with Security Systems Project Manager to ensure productivity and budget adherence.
• Complete all paperwork on time (timesheets, work orders, transfers, etc.).
• Serve as main on-site contact for customers and attend meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to card access, CCTV, CATV, and intrusion systems.
