Qualifications

- Ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain alarm systems including panels, sensors, cameras.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for on-site customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Install security alarm systems and related equipment.
- Conduct on-site consultations and recommend suitable security solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and test installations.
- Educate customers on system operation and features.
- Complete installation reports and service tickets with accurate records.
- Stay updated on security technologies and industry standards.
