Job summary

Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to join our team. You will install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems to ensure proper function and customer peace of mind.

You’ll perform testing, educate customers on system use, and complete installation reports and tickets with accurate documentation. We offer training, growth opportunities, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Basic tools are required to perform installation duties.
Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform installation of security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
Engage in sales consultations with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper function.
Conduct thorough testing of installed systems and make adjustments as needed.
Educate customers on proper use and functionality of their systems.
Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
