Job summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper functioning of security systems and provide customers with peace of mind and protection.

The role involves performing installations, engaging in sales consultations, diagnosing issues, testing systems, and documenting installations and repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain or possess an alarm agent permit where applicable.
• Must be able to obtain or possess a valid driver’s license and driving history must meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Conduct sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure proper function of systems.
• Educate customers on proper use and functionality of their systems and complete installation paperwork.
