Qualifications

• Ability to obtain basic tools for the role.
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining alarm systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems, including panels, sensors, and cameras.
• Engage in sales consultations to recommend security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to restore function.
• Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on system use and features.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets and inventory records.
• Stay updated on security technologies and industry standards.
