Job summary

Safe Haven Security Services, LLC. is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will educate customers and ensure the proper functioning of their security setup, providing peace of mind.

Ideally you can perform installations, diagnose issues efficiently, and maintain documentation for installations and repairs, in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain or possess basic tools required for job duties.
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional customer interaction.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Test installed systems to ensure proper function and make adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Educate customers on usage and functionality of their security systems.
