Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Support Specialist in Milwaukee to greet employees and vendors, handle inquiries, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

You will manage the access badge system, monitor security tickets, respond to incidents, and generate reports while delivering excellent customer service.

A high school diploma and 2 years front desk experience, plus ability to obtain Wisconsin PSP certification, are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years front desk/admin experience.
• Ability to obtain Wisconsin PSP certification.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; bilingual a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees and vendors in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Monitor emails and phone inquiries and route to the appropriate service group.
• Manage the security work order system and fulfill or redirect tickets.
• Serve as the primary resource for badge requests and related questions.
• Operate the employee/visitor badge system (creation/termination/data entry).
• Respond to incidents including property emergencies with calm, professional approach.
• Maintain logs for key management, badges, and IDs; prepare reports.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and comfort; provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with administrative duties and special projects as needed.
• Stand/sit/walk for extended periods as required.
