Required: active Wisconsin Private Security License, valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and good command of English. Physical tasks may include lifting and walking patrols in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Wisconsin Private Security License.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean MVR.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and patrols as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all on site personnel and visitors.
• Maintain clear logs at the front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and document events for management.
