Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments.
• Promote a physical security culture and maintain safe standards throughout the store.
• Respond to security incidents and document in the case management system.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support.
• Prevent theft by performing merchandise receipt checks and recognizing trends.
• Operate Target's video surveillance system and maintain incident records.
