Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a Security Support Specialist to greet employees and vendors, manage security badge requests, monitor inquiries, and support administrative tasks at our Milwaukee site. You will handle incidents, maintain logs, and produce reports while delivering superior customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in a front desk/admin role, ability to obtain Wisconsin PSP, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years in front desk/admin or related exp.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must maintain valid Wisconsin PSP/ license.
• Ability to read, write, speak English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees and vendors in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Monitor emails and phone inquiries; route appropriately.
• Manage security work order system and respond or redirect as needed.
• Handle employee and visitor badge requests; manage ID system.
• Respond to incidents and maintain logs for key management and IDs.
• Prepare and distribute reports; keep workspace clean and comfortable.
• Provide excellent customer service to all on duty.
• Support administrative duties and special projects as needed.
