Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a client site in Milwaukee, WI on a full-time basis. You will lead a team of security officers, coordinate scheduling, training and performance coaching to ensure top-tier service.

Responsibilities include monitoring access control, CCTV, and visitor management, reporting incidents, and maintaining clear logs. Must hold a WI private security license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Provide high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for management.
