Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years in a front desk/admin role or related experience.
• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Wisconsin PSP license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees and vendors in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Monitor emails and phone inquiries; route requests to the appropriate group.
• Administer the physical access badge system and related data entry.
• Respond to incidents and maintain logs for key management and IDs.
• Prepare reports and support general admin duties as needed.
• Stand/sit/walk for extended periods and maintain a professional workspace.
