Job summary

Richemont Americas in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Security Supervisor to lead security across a distribution center, call center, trade school and repair center. You will supervise third-party personnel, monitor security systems, and partner with internal teams to protect people, assets, and information.

The role requires 3+ years in security, strong communication, and the ability to work varied hours. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; a competitive benefits package supports safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security, loss prevention, or asset protection.
• Experience supervising third-party contract security personnel.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day security operations across multiple facilities, including irregular hours.
• Manage physical security and loss prevention tech and systems.
• Support investigations and work with external partners to identify root causes.
• Lead, manage, and train third-party security personnel.
• Support safety programs and crisis/business continuity initiatives.
• Conduct regular security and safety training for staff and contractors.
