Confidential Company in Texas seeks a Security Coordinator to lead security operations across multiple manufacturing and logistics sites. You will supervise security personnel, manage third‑party providers, and ensure policy compliance to protect people, assets, and information.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on with risk management, incident response, and strong cross‑site communications to coordinate with local law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse or industrial security.
• Experience supervising security teams and/or third‑party providers.
• Experience managing multi-site security operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, incident investigation, emergency response, and loss prevention.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for diverse environments.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of security management systems a plus.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security operations across multiple locations.
• Establish and maintain security procedures, protocols, and standards for all sites.
• Ensure effective access control for employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, and vendors.
• Oversee security of facilities, equipment, inventory, raw materials, finished goods, and other assets.
• Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage third‑party security contractors, ensuring staffing, training, and compliance.
• Set expectations, KPIs, schedules, and performance standards for security teams.
• Lead investigations and respond to security incidents, emergencies, theft, workplace violence, or unauthorized access.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Maintain emergency response and crisis management procedures.
• Participate in business continuity and risk mitigation activities.
