Qualifications

• 3+ years of security, loss prevention, or asset protection experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred (spoken/written).
• Experience supervising third-party contract security personnel.
• Working knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
• Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day security operations across all facilities, including varied shifts.
• Manage and maintain physical security systems and loss prevention technology.
• Support investigations and coordinate with law enforcement, vendors, and partners.
• Lead, manage, and train third-party security personnel.
• Lead safety programs and crisis response, including business continuity.
• Conduct security and safety training for employees and contractors.
