Target is seeking a Security Specialist to support AP functions, protect guests and associates, and maintain a safe store environment. The role emphasizes de-escalation, incident documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate scanners and surveillance tools. Training will be provided, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities
