Job summary

ADT in Newport, KY is seeking a Save Sales Representative to handle inbound calls from prospects seeking to cancel an appointment or installation date. You will engage with customers to determine needs, explain product benefits, and close sales using consultative skills.

The role requires empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate Windows-based systems. On-site work in Newport with target to meet monthly goals. Commission-based earning is included with the base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred.
• General knowledge of sales terminology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an expert-level understanding of ADT products and promotions.
• Provide a resolution and close installation for prospects using problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Process data changes and updates to prospective accounts accurately and thoroughly.
• Execute and follow through on promises made to customers.
• Meet or exceed the minimum goals monthly for the role; goals are subject to change.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
