ADT is seeking Save Sales Representatives in Jacksonville, FL to handle inbound calls from prospects canceling appointments or installations. You will engage with customers, identify needs, and present product benefits to close sales.

The role requires empathy, consultative selling, and high-quality customer service. On-site at our Jacksonville center, with a pay range of $11 per hour plus commission, and eligibility for healthcare, 401(k), and time off benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain expert knowledge of ADT products, offers, and promotions.
• Provide resolutions and close installations for prospects using problem-solving skills.
• Process data changes and updates to prospective accounts accurately.
• Deliver on promises made to customers and meet monthly goals.
• Work on-site in the Jacksonville, FL contact center and adhere to schedules.
