ADT is seeking a Sales Support Associate to handle inbound calls from prospects looking to cancel or reschedule installations. You will engage with security and smart home customers to determine needs and offer solutions, using consultative sales techniques to explain benefits and close sales.

You will maintain product knowledge, resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy while meeting monthly targets. The role is on-site at the Jacksonville, FL contact center with a competitive hourly pay plus

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service, Technical Support, Onboarding and/or Call Center experience required.
• General knowledge of sales terminology, concepts, practices, and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all ADT products and promotions.
• Provide a resolution and close installation for prospects using problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Process data changes and updates to prospective accounts accurately and thoroughly.
• Execute and follow through on promises made to customers.
• Meet or exceed the minimum goals monthly for the role. Goals are subject to change at any time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
