Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a field-based Security Sales Leader to own the security revenue across data isolation, DSPM, and identity resilience. You will partner with a Specialist SA and the core Account Executive to drive CISO-level engagements and close multi-product opportunities.

You will build executive-grade decks, craft compelling business cases, and develop your own pipeline through outbound and partner networks, traveling within your territory as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying technology sales experience selling cybersecurity or data security to CISO/VP buyers.
• Proven track record of generating own pipeline in complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong ability to build executive-grade decks and business cases for co-sell discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Security revenue number across data isolation, threat detection, DSPM, and identity resilience.
• Build long-term, full-portfolio accounts and land the right first product.
• Be the security SME in every deal and run an honest cadence with stakeholders.
• Build and convert your own pipeline via outbound, marketing, SDRs, and account-team relationships.
