Job summary

Rapid7 is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist in Tampa to partner with Sales and Business Development teams. You will build foundational expertise in the Exposure Command Platform, support early-stage opportunities, and create technical content to articulate the value of Rapid7's security solutions.

You will deliver foundational demonstrations, contribute to RFIs/RFPs, and provide product knowledge to BD and SDR teams while learning rapidly in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background in cybersecurity or IT.
• Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP and network components.
• Ability to create technical content and demonstrations.
• Familiarity with pre-sales processes and sales cycles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support early-stage sales opportunities with technical Q&A.
• Conduct high-level demonstrations of Exposure Command Platform for prospects.
• Assist in compiling standard product answers and technical documentation for RFIs/RFPs.
• Develop technical content including product demos and white papers.
• Provide technical support and foundational product knowledge to BD/SDR/BDR teams.
