Job summary

Frame Security is seeking a high‑energy Sales Engineer to join its on‑site Sales Engineering team in Tampa. The role focuses on delivering pre‑sales technical solutions to customers and resellers with the goal of logo acquisition and post‑sale onboarding as the technical authority.

You will partner with Sales and Channel teams, design demos and PoCs, and lead implementation to ensure customer success and ongoing platform adoption in North American markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Pre‑Sales/Post‑Sales or founding SE roles.
• Technical background in enterprise IT environments with customer-facing integrations.
• Experience in AI‑driven cybersecurity and SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to lead discovery sessions and architect tailored security solutions.
• Design and execute high‑impact demos and PoC evaluations to secure technical buy‑in.
• Lead post‑sale implementation strategy and onboarding as primary technical consultant.
• Guide customers through initial setup and ongoing platform usage post‑sale.
• Provide training and support to reseller partners to scale Frame’s market presence.
