Ladders is seeking a Solutions Consultant 2 to join our client in the Enterprise Technology space. This role is highly customer-facing, translating business needs into practical security solutions during the sales cycle.

You will partner with sales, customer success, and professional services teams to shape high-level designs, deliver compelling technical engagements, and support adoption of the company's security platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
• Expertise in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Security.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic account planning
• Understand customer business needs and develop high-level solution designs
• Drive customer adoption of the company's security platform
• Conduct discovery to identify technical and operational imperatives
