Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close—while collaborating with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes.

This role emphasizes performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions, targeting a $175K–$250K OTE for top performers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience, with a consistent quota track record.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s CCTV and video security solutions.
• Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations to position ECAM as a trusted partner.
• Maintain pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce with up-to-date milestones.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow pipeline and velocity.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale success.
• Support go-to-market execution with BDR teams and drive funnel improvements.
