Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Security Account Executive to cultivate new relationships and secure sales opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on growing our security integration solutions for utility, healthcare, and data center clients.

The role emphasizes discovering customer needs, building a strong business case, and leading proposals from quote to close. Strong presentation and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1-3 years sales experience, focused in Utilities.
Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.

Responsibilities

Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts for security integration services.
Develop Pipeline: engage decision makers and build a 3:1 pipeline over target.
Proposal Construction: lead a team to construct winning proposals with quotes and business case.
Presenting & Closing: present proposals and manage objections to close deals.
Market Focus: identify pipeline in assigned markets including utilities and data centers.
Collaborate with SMEs: work with estimators, engineers and project managers to win proposals.
Perform other duties as requested.
