Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including staffing, training, and payroll for security personnel. The role focuses on building client relationships, maintaining service quality, and achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, safety program administration, and coordinating with recruiters to hire quality staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Proven project management experience, seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Experience in security, facilities management, or law enforcement.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• General Operations management; evaluate post orders and update as needed.
• Manage HR tasks: staffing, performance reviews, attendance, conflict resolution.
• Administer Safety Program; review Emergency Response plan; ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee project management including budgeting and risk assessment.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Coordinate staffing requests and assist recruiters in hiring.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain personnel records with discretion.
