Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced and dependable Security Site Supervisor to lead our security team at a client site. The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

The position offers a structured schedule and opportunities for growth within a dynamic security organization. The successful candidate will oversee staffing, training, and on-site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Pass state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for assigned personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders preparations.
• Suggest personnel actions for subordinates and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications as needed and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
