Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at client posts; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek management guidance when needed.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Collaborate with management to ensure adequate post coverage.
• Prepare and file required reports; conduct scheduled post inspections.
