Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage Security Officers and Lead Officers across one or more client sites in Florida. The role ensures compliance with post orders, timely rounds, and proper reporting, while coordinating with management for adequate site coverage.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, possesses strong leadership and client service skills, and can coach and document employee performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required; 2+ years in security supervision preferred.
• Experience leading Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other staff.
• Ability to coach, discipline, and document performance.
• Knowledge of post orders, rounds, and incident reporting.
• Familiarity with state and federal laws affecting security operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites to ensure post orders are followed.
• Ensure rounds are completed and required reports filed; notify authorities in emergencies.
• Coach, discipline, and document actions; meet with employees as needed.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submissions as designated.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
