Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee a team of security personnel at client sites in the United States. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, and file required reports while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years of security supervisory experience and a High School diploma or GED. You may mentor staff, coordinate coverage, and assist with payroll and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
•     
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security site supervision; retail preferred.
•     
• Supervisory duties including coaching, training, and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and ensure post orders are followed.
•     
• Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate and document actions.
•     
• Train Officers and review post orders with staff.
•     
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
•     
• Ensure adequate post coverage and schedules.
•     
• Prepare and file reports as required.
•     
• Inspect posts and brief subordinates on tasks and responsibilities.
•     
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
•     
• Perform supervisory duties, including hiring recommendations.
•     
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
