Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations at a client location in Wisconsin. The role focuses on staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining quality service and cost control.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to manage personnel and respond to client needs. Minimum 2+ years of security supervisory experience or prior law enforcement/military background is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing requirements.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security (or related).
• Active military or police experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel to ensure quality of service.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and post orders.
• Recommend disciplinary actions and cost-reduction ideas.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce post orders.
