Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for a client site in Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance, ensuring quality service and cost efficiency.

You must have at least two years of security or related supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass required licensing or driving tests. We offer weekly pay with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if armed).
• Must be able to pass a licensing test when driving company/client vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality of service through regular inspections.
• Coordinate with client and manage incidents, post orders, and reports.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist in payroll, incident reviews, and security surveys.
