Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or qualifications for licensing.
• Minimum 2+ years of Security experience or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience.
• Minimum one year of verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Manage overtime to designated requirements.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders; support security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding their duties.
