Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Minnesota to manage the professional operation and profitability of on-site security services for a client. The role focuses on staffing, training, scheduling, and quality assurance while maintaining contract compliance.

Minimum three years of security leadership experience or prior law enforcement/military background is required. The position offers weekly pay with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing for licensing requirements.
• Must have supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance on shift.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
