Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced and dependable Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of security professionals in De Soto, KS. This role oversees daily security operations, supports staff, and maintains a safe, professional environment.

The position pays $23.46 per hour, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma and supervisory security experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets one or more: military service, auxiliary police, supervisory experience, or Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders; assist payroll and incident reports.
