Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in the United States. The role oversees the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of on-site security services for a client. Starting pay is $26.55 per hour and the position requires an active DoD clearance and a valid driver's license.

Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, ensuring contract compliance, and coordinating with management on

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS directives.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and post orders preparation.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
