Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor in Wichita, KS. The role leads a team of security professionals, ensures adherence to contract requirements, and manages staffing, training, and performance on-site.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in security with supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Monday–Friday, morning shifts, with a $19.00 hourly pay. A strong leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Must pass state-required training or licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal or designated levels.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders as needed.
• Provide direction and disciplinary decisions for subordinates.
