Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of security professionals in Lenexa, KS. You will oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training while ensuring contract compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory security experience.
• Must be able to pass required licensing tests and driving-related checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that security functions on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance on shift.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys; post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and expectations.
• Contribute to cost reduction and security improvement initiatives.
