Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing for licensing requirements.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in security for at least 1 year.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 for armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening requirements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal or designated levels.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Manage incidents, payroll, and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per site orders.
• Recommend security surveys and cost-reduction measures.
