Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor in De Soto, KS to lead a team of security professionals and oversee daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, strict adherence to post orders, and effective communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring contract compliance. The position offers a daytime schedule (Mon–Fri) with a competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within a national

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: military service, Auxiliary Police, supervisory experience, or an associate degree.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Must operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication, problem solving, active listening, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift.
• Perform other operations and related functions (payroll, incident reports, security surveys, post orders).
• Make recommendations for disciplinary actions and productivity improvements.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and performance.
• Discipline/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.
