Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Manager to oversee day-to-day account operations, staffing, training, and safety programs. You will manage post orders, budgets, and payroll while maintaining client relationships and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle
• Proven project management experience across full life cycle
• Experience in contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement
• Minimum of two years of business operations supervisory/management experience
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
• Ability to develop and manage project plans, risks, issues and contingency plans
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tech
• Proven ability to maintain confidential communications and records
• Ability to analyze facts and prepare concise reports

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operations: update post orders, review daily logs, ensure quality and training
• Lead HR tasks: staffing, performance reviews, attendance, conflict resolution
• Administer Safety Program and update Emergency Response plan
• Project management: budgeting, risk assessment, and planning
• Address escalated security issues and emergencies as needed
• Coordinate staffing needs with recruiters and training
