Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a specific shift on a client site in the Los Angeles area. The role oversees security officers, coordinates the delivery of quality services, and liaises with account and field operations managers to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate should have strong communication, reporting, and crisis-management abilities, plus driving-endorsement criteria where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid Driver’s License with required driving record for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
