Allied Universal on-site security team seeks a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise a shift and coordinate delivery of quality services at an assigned client site in Columbus, OH. This role acts as a liaison between site staff and account management, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within defined guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional interaction with all levels.
• Ability to prepare neat, legible written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless client-site technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at the assigned client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
